Welcome
Our work together begins at the intersection of your inner life and outer outcomes, a sweet spot of creative potential. We’ll bring together deep inner listening and inspired action. If you have found your way here, you may have a sense that greater meaning and connection are possible — I invite you to journey with someone experienced to support your unique process of discovery however it manifests for you. Through my hybrid approach, we’ll avoid the trap of staying in reflection or pushing forward disconnected from yourself. Instead, you move with yourself: trusting your inner signals instead of overriding them, feeling more grounded in your body and your decisions, navigating uncertainty with more steadiness and less anxiety, taking action that feels aligned. It is my passion to see you feel empowered in the co-creation of your life. No longer feeling like a cork being carried downstream, you can be someone with oars in the water, in relationship with the current.

About Ashley
When I was 7 years old, I remember staring out the bus window on my way to school and asking to see things as they really are. Even from an early age, I sensed there was something deeper beneath what I saw humans doing here. I had questions about meaning, fulfillment, and what actually brings people alive, versus what people say on the surface or what the culture prescribes. My entire life has been dedicated to this quest. I have a deep love and curiosity for people of all backgrounds and for understanding what motivates them toward their full potential and greatest meaning.
I have also experienced significant loss and change and have had to learn repeatedly how to navigate uncertainty. These life lessons motivated me to develop a robust toolkit which I leverage in the work I do with others. I have learned through direct experience what works for me and others as opposed to what sounds nice, experimenting and bumping up against real life constraints to yield impact. With me, you get a hybrid approach of psychological and spiritual growth principles with grounded real-world practicality toward positive change. I do not identify as a coach per se, but follow a coaching model that effectively helps my clients access their own internal guidance. Meeting you exactly where you are, I have no agenda or judgment. My role is to support your unique process towards sourcing your own ingenious solutions.
I have extensive education and training in Jungian Psychotherapy, dreamwork, and active imagination — working with the unconscious forces shaping our lives beneath the surface to invite greater consciousness. Additionally, after over a decade of experience working with somatic healing modalities, I have come to see the body as the most intelligent navigation system available to us and am passionate about helping others heal and connect more fully to their body’s compass. I am a spiritual seeker, a devoted student of the world’s wisdom traditions, and a mindfulness practitioner of the past 15 years. And then there’s transformative experiences of creative recovery: returning to writing and poetry, dance, music, and art that bring right brain insight and embodied joy forward into daily life.
My approach braids together fostering your wellbeing and the co-creation of your life: heart and mind, inner and outer work, practical aligned action and soulful wisdom. Having a trauma-informed background as a psychotherapist creates deep safety and awareness of how to work with the shadows of any life-changing pain you have experienced, but our conversations are not solely focused on past wounds. We use current challenges and opportunities to move through and transcend limiting patterns. The present circumstances of your life hold all the information you need to live out the larger story you know is possible.

you make the path as you walk.”

Let’s Connect
The first step is a short conversation. We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether this work feels like the right fit.
“May you have the courage to listen to the voice of desire that disturbs you when you have settled for something safe, for your soul senses the world that awaits you.”
